Mobile swap time linit

I have just received the iPhone 15 I ordered as a swap, it for my daughter for Xmas, it says I have 14 days to return her old phone, is there any chance I can have the time to return the old phone increased so I can send it back after Xmas please

Hi @Craig160  you will have to phone sky on 150 to ask but I don't know if they can extend it ?
