Hi @Teresa88  have you also set up a new continuous payment method as that's also required. Once this is done and the payment clears sky accounts then the services would be restored.

If you've just done that then you need to wait for Sky's system to clear the payment. It could be Monday now.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

@Teresa88

Did you see the post about e by @63johnw ?

We are customers here so all we can say is if you have paid the outstanding bill and have setup your payment details again then you  will probably have to wait until Monday before it is restored as that will be when the banks clear the payment you have made.

You'll need to call Sky.

You don't seem to be reading the replies provided.

If your services are restricted they won’t be switched back on until any arrears Sky believe you owe have been paid and you’ve also set up a new continuous payment method. Also, until then, any calls to Sky will only prompt you to pay.

If a payment is 2+ weeks overdue you will have to pay the next bill as well.

If payments are 56+ days overdue Sky can fully terminate your subscription (but you’ll still owe the arrears).

If this is part of a credit agreement purchase (for Sky Mobile or Sky Glass) non payment can see the credit agreement cancelled at which point the full amount becomes due in one payment.

Otherwise, once your full payment has cleared and is in Sky’s account your services should be reinstated, but this may not be instant. Any payment you make over a weekend or on a Bank Holiday won’t be processed until the following week.

@Teresa88 There is no need to make multiple threads, you've already had replies on your other threads with the correct information, you need to wait for your payment to clear  efore services are restored.
