Mobile service

I've got a new iPhone with sky (previous phone is with sky to) and now both phones can't get mobile service so therefore I can't make any calls. 

apparently on my account it says my sim has been converted to an eSIM but it doesn't show up on my phone.

Hi @Abi48  did you convert/install an esim ? Have you tried your physical sim in your phone to see if it works ?

Hello, 

 

according to sky it's been converted as it says on my account, but on my phone it's saying it hasn't. I have tried the physical sim but it's saying it's not compatible
