Mobile query

I've been billed for £255.54 on 16th April 2026, saying it's a first payment and I don't know what it's for. I haven't bought a new phone or increased my data since last year.

@JaneGatdeb  Do any devices show on your account?   Has a device been ordered at all there?

Have you had anything like a mobile or tablet turn up at your home that you did not order !

 

Does this payment show on your bill that you can view via the MySky app ?

Have you recently received a call claiming to be from sky & offering 40% off your bills or saying you're due a refund with an offer of a free tablet/phone?
