Mobile phone

Hi I'm new on here, has anyone else had problems with taking off a mobile phone on there account as been on app and I'm not sure how

Hi @Bex34  you can't remove devices from your list. If it's sent back as part of a swap or return then it will eventually drop off, normally about 150 days. If not returned it can't be removed, if it's preventing you placing any orders then call sky on 150 for help.

You can't. They drop off your account if returned to Sky. Once paid off it takes a few months for them to clear so that they don't interfere with adding an additional device. If it's stopping you adding a new device now call Sky so an agent can place the order for you.
