Hi all, I took delivery of my iPhone 16 pro max on release day and all was well up until 3 days ago.
i was struggling with ridiculously slow 5G and WiFi speeds.
I called sky which took forever and was told to reset network setting and various other troubleshooting steps.
inwas then asked to try another SIM card in my phone but as my wife wasn't at home I had to wait but in the meantime the phone lost all signal and was basically useless to me.
I went out and bought a tesco mobile PAYG 5G sim and the speeds are still horrendous, so much so that some web pages won't even open.
do you guys think that the iPhone could actually be faulty and how do I go about getting this sorted?

Do you have an Apple store nearby that they could look at it for you ?

Unfortunately not. If the phone is faulty surely it's skys responsibility to sort out?

It may be worth trying a SIM from EE, Three or Vodafone just to rule out (or in) a phone issue.
Sky and Tesco both use the O2 network which is notorious for slow data and congestion problems.
