Mobile phone upgrade

It says on my account that I can upgrade my phone but I still have to Sept 25 left to pay on it!  When I look at the upgrade, it says your upgrade will cost £32 per month and they will give me £10 for my old phone.  Does this mean that I am still paying for my old phone until September or does it reset with me paying only for my new phone plus package?

Hi @JacquiB22  your payments tab will show how much is left to pay on the old device. If you upgrade and there is still a balance to pay after the trade in value has been removed then that would be added to your next bill to be paid in one go.
