It's been 3 weeks since Sky received my old iPhone as part of a swap to a new one and I still haven't had an offer from them for my old one.

Hi @Dave+Bennett1411  it usually takes 2-3 weeks for returns to be processed and currently probably a little longer due to the new iPhone release. You could try calling sky on 150 to see if they can offer any updates.
