Ordered a blue Pro Max on 17th and have just received message to say delivery tomorrow so hopefully those who ordered at a similar time will receive similar good news soon. Good luck !

Getting so fed up with the lack of consistency and apparent disregard of existing customers. I know I'm not the only one that ordered over 3 weeks ago and still had absolutely NO updates. Keep being told 'track your order via your sky account' which is pointless as it just says 'you have no current orders' 😒

2 calls to customer service to just be fobbed off with 'don't worry ma'm, it will be there in 3-5 days' (last time I was told that was a week ago).

I'm NOT complaining about the delay, I get it, I knew it would be 2-3 weeks when I ordered (as an upgrade/swap, so much for being an existing customer). 
What I am totally fed up with is people that ordered a week later are now getting delivery updates and those of us who ordered right at the beginning still not had any updates whatsoever. 
Next time I upgrade my phone it won't be with Sky 🤬

I know no-one on here can help other than to say 'we're just customers, your Sky account will have the latest update or tracking info' (no it doesn't!)

I just needed to vent and know that I'm still not alone in waiting with 0 contact from Sky since the day I put my upgrade order in.

@Saja66 I emailed the head of customer service yesterday. I've had 2 phone calls from her office today telling me they have no stock and have no idea when they will have.
