Anyone else's Sly Mobile still not working from yesterday despite being up to date with bills?

"You can now make and receive calls and use mobile data as normal. Thank you for your patience while we fixed this — we're sorry for any inconvenience. If you're still having issues, please turn your handset off and on to restore full service"

Hi, I’m having an issue with my original Sky Mobile SIM. It was working perfectly until the Sky outage yesterday, and since then it won’t connect to the network.

I’ve tested the SIM in both my Samsung Galaxy S26 (my current phone) and my Samsung Galaxy S22 (my previous phone), and it doesn’t register on either phone. It shows that the SIM doesn’t allow a connection to the network.

I have a new sim Which a got with my new phone so when that new sim is working in both phones. 

The issue is with my original sim and im getting frustrated.

I cannot receive calls or access text messages from outside my contact list it says I need permission from parent or guardian???

Mine still won't work says cannot connect the call, something about a spend cap, but bill is paid 🤦🏽‍♀️

Unless you are abroad you shouldn't need a spend cap so have you tried rebooting it ?

Yes, tried taking out the sim tried rebooting the phone several times tried resending network settings. Nothing working as of yet

Mine still isn't working and I've restarted the phone as advised!

Mine has only just come back on didnt work when restarting first time so might be worth anyone still waiting on the fault from yesterday to retry now. If not dont know.

I've really fed up now I want to receive calls and and out calls back this is my 4th sim card and I am so angry

Mine still isn't working either. Tried all the fixes and spent way too much time on sky chat trying to sort it.

Yes I am ME9 and still hardly any signal, can't even have conversation without cutting out
