 My phone bill for this month was 126.99 why is that

You aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services here. This is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to try to help other customers.

 

We can't see your bill. Your bill should explain what any unexpected costs were for, typically:-  roaming, calling non inclusive numbers, picture messages etc.

No one will call you.


Sky  won't know who you are from a Community log-in name which isn't linked to any Sky accounts. As already stated the breakdown of your bill shoukd explain the amounts.

Go into your online bill, click on the down arrow next to any unexpected amount.

@Megan982 If you've looked at your bill breakdown and still don't know why it's so high you will need to ring Sky on 150 from your mobile phone.

 

As has been said to you, this is a customer to customer forum primarily. We don't have access to your account information and if anyone from Sky reads your post they can't identify you from a forum account.

Two questions then…

  1. Does both payments for your device cover the same period? 
  2. Have you made an unnecessary manual payment and then Sky have taken the normal payment as per the agreed payment method?

Your image has been rejected as it contains personal information (credit agreement number) in two places. That image doesn't contain the date the bill covers.
