Mobile outage in Meltham

We have not had any mobile coverage in HD9 area for over a week. There is some issue with one of the masts. How long will this be before it is mended & will we be compensated for not being able to make or receive calls & texts or use 4G ?

There is no automatic compensation for mobile outages.

 

First thing to try is whether any local mast issues show here?

Remember Sky don't own or maintain any mobile masts so if there is a local mast issue you and others in the area will be relying on a third party fix.
