Loss of mobile data signal in Roydon Norfolk

Daughter lives in PE32 area Roydon Norfolk. Mobile data has been lost after very recent maintenance work in the area. Upgraded to 5G?  Now only showing "E" reception on mobile. No 4G which was active before the work was done. Any one else have the same issue?  How can we report it?
