Mobile ordering issue
Hi,
I've been trying to order a mobile phone on the Sky site and it keeps failing when i get to the final part of the process. 'Technical error, its not you its us'.
Tried it on both my sky app and webpage, same happens on both. anybody else heard of this?

Give Sky a call and an agent can place an order for you.

There is that option, although I'm not big fan of waiting in call centre queues. A little embarrassing Sky have this issue 2 days running (If it is their issue). It's probably costing them a fortune in lost sales...

If you’re not already aware this is a customer helps customer forum and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here so you're unlikely to get a response from them.
If clearing cache etc doesn't work then calling is the option.

i haver had this issue for 3 months now, number of calls to customer services with no solution just fobbed off that will be looked into and contacted.
ive missed out of a couple deals because of this.
