Mobile order won't process

I'm trying to add a mobile to my sky account but when it gets to the checkout it just takes me to a screen that lists my order and doesn't process the order. I have severe anxiety so don't make phone calls and would really like to complete my order online. Any help appreciated

I'm not sure if they can help you place an order, but it could be worth considering registering with the Sky Accessibility Team who may be able to help now or in the future. Once registered there are also different methods of communication with this team other than phoning
