Mobile number not transferred

I send my PAC code over to you on 11 January but I have still not received an email or text to say that my existing number has been transferred yet. Please can you confirm the status & time when the transfer will be made. Thanks

You didn't send it to us as we're other customers here.

 

What do you mean by 'send it over'?

 

Is your old SIM still working?
