Mobile number has not transferred correctly

I transferred my mobile number to sky last month. Everything went well initially but now when I send text messages, they are received under the number originally allocated by sky - not the number I transferred over with the PAC code.

It can sometimes can take a few attempts to save @ButtonA  also try this 

 

Go to sky.com/networksettings (My Account > Mobile > Settings) and sign in with your Sky iD.
Select the mobile number or SIM name you're having trouble with.
Scroll to 'Resend network settings' and select Request settings.
Save the settings when your receive them and reboot your phone.

Have you gone into the settings on your phone and updated the number if it is still showing the one that came with the sim ?

What type of phone do you have.......?

I have an iPhone 16. I've found where to edit the number in settings but now it's not letting me save it.

@ButtonA 

As this is an iphone try this to refresh the network settings:

 

Go Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Then go to Settings - Phone - My Number and change it if it is wrong, then reboot the phone. You will need to set up your Wifi connection again.
