Mobile lost/ stolen

 The mobile above has either been stolen or lost 

I want a new phone and if possible renew my current contract

If you're not already aware the Sky Community is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to help other customers and you aren't contacting Sky Customer Services.

 

This link explains how to report a lost or stolen mobile to Sky https://www.sky.com/help/articles/lost-or-stolen-sky-mobile

 

It may also be a good idea to register any loss/theft on the Immobilise website https://www.immobilise.com

 

Youre obviously responsible for continued payments for the device.

Unless you have insurance then you have to purchase a new device and pay for both (until the remaining credit is cleared).

 

You can order a replacement SIM which will disable the current one.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Sky are not going to just send you a brand new phone due to this one being lost or stolen as you will still have to pay for it. There is nothing stopping you from ordering ordering another one and if you pass the credit checks you will be paying for this one as well.
