Cannot make calls

I see there has been an issue with Making and receiving calls. I have turned my phone on and off and still cannot make or receive calls. What is going on? Such a poor service from this company

Same here. Have tried turning off twice, turning airplane mode on and off a few times. All the reports on the internet says the issue from this morning has been fixed but obviously not!
