Mobile device upgrade during 3 year contract
Hi,
when I purchased my contract, I swear it stated that I could upgrade my device after 2 years although the contract is for 3 but I cannot see an option for this / says I'm not eligible. Has anyone else had this problem?

If you have a Swap24 contract (36 months) you'd normally swap at 2 years.
However, you can swap at any time from 1 month to the end of the contract.
If your account isn't offering it then call Sky on 150.
I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
