Mobile details not showing on app

Hi, since upgrading my phone about a month ago my mobile details, and my families phones have disappeared off the app. Can't use the website either, the 'manage' button doesn't do a thing, just refreshes the page. I can't upgrade my daughters phones or even use the piggy bank.

Are you sure you are logged into the app with the correct username and password ?

Yes, all my other sky products are on there and fine, just mobile related stuff not showing

Does it say your account is already linked if you try this:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/link-a-sky-id-to-your-sky-mobile-account

 

If it does then you will either need to call Sky on 150 for help with this or contact them via one of the social media links at the bottom of this page.

Just tried to link it again now and it says the account is already linked, sends me back to the mobile phone page, and still nothing is there.
