I placed an order online and was expecting delivery next day i missed first delivery by dpd then i paid for vip delivery but still they never came to my addres and two times they updated wrong picture it was just the dark picture they never came to my door as i was sitting in my door i have to travel somewhere tonight how can i get my order collection or any way to get my mobile today even it's sunday. I was going to visit dpd depot today at 9 but I've got email that my phone i way back to sky any clue ?

Hi @Hasgg you will need to call sky to find out what's happening. Sounds like DPD have said there have been a few failed deliveries so it's returning to sky.
