Mobile data

I pay for 10GB a month of data which refreshed 3 days ago. When I check my usage it says I've only used 1.5GB but I got a text to say I have no data and MySky app says the same. I've been upgraded to a 25GB plan and given 2GB of data extra about 20 minutes ago. MySky app says that that is already down to 17GB of data. My data hasn't even been on!!

The data you have been given might not be the full amount as what you might have been given is based on the number of days before it resets which is on your next billing date after which you should then have the full amount each month.
