Mobile data

Never really noticed until I got a message saying I'm nearly out of data so checked, for some reason it has been going down quite a bit after having over 160gb saved up, there was one massive drop then gradually a few small drops but I haven't been rolling it back to my phone or anything so where has it gone?

So after 04/06/25 any data older than 12 months was removed as per the new Sky Mobile Piggybank T's and C's. Data in your Piggybank used to last for 3 years. It's now 12 months.

 

Customers were made aware of this change in the April 2024 price change letters/emails but it's only come into effect this year which may be why quite a few customers have forgotten about it.
