Mobile data usage not displaying

I cant see my sky mobile data usage on the app or website. It was fine until a few days before my data refreshed and it's been over a week and still not showing.

You will need to report this to Sky so they can take a report from you to investigate it, 150 is the free number to call them on and when you do stay silent when asked anything by the bot.
