Mobile data/tplink mifi no data connection

I have a tp link mifi device I've never really used (only had a month or so) and I've gone to use it but I've no data working on it so I can't connect to the internet.  Any ideas anyone?  Thanks

As a start, have you installed a Sky Mobile SIM card in the device?

Yes that's definitely in the device.  It connects to devices but it has the orange text underneath saying "no internet connection"

Hi @Vicky197819  you probably need to manually the APN details in the device settings.
