Why do Sky Mobile charge for overseas data roaming when the network carrier O2 do not?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIt's ultimately a commercial decision. O2 has certain conditions and do charge for usage over a certain limit. One presumes O2 have decided to absorb the incurred charges from other networks within the tariff.
