Mobile data not working

Mobile data not working- have rolled data and new lot of 23 days away . My son can't use his bus pass and sky support is shut. 
pelase help. All of our accounts showing no data...

Hi @Olloe  mine is showing the same so sky must be having an issue. My mobile data is still working, just showing zero in app.

Mine is exactly the same, rolled over and 23 days left and data not working and kids need it for school. Tried chat but not open yet

Mine showing as 0 too on mine and my sons accounts ...25 days till data rolls over...256 GB in piggyback...rolled more data over today but still showing as 0...Chat bot no help...and sky chat unavailable !
