Is anyone else having mobile data issues? We have not been able to sent Text Messages since June! Sky are now saying it's an issue with a mask near us and it's on going but the issue is everywhere! Our signal just goes so we are unable to make a call or do anything. This is around North Essex

It can happen. Mast repairs (for which Sky do not own) can take days or even weeks.
If you are subject to a minimum term then sky may let you leave without early termination charges. (See the 'reasonable time' clause in your contract)
