Mobile data doesnt work.

Hi, I bought a new mobile phone and SIM card from your company last week. Everything is working well except for the mobile data. It’s not working for me. I followed all the steps in the manual, but unfortunately it still doesn’t work. Could you please help me resolve this issue? Thank you.

Try getting the network settings sent to your phone. This should be what you need to do:


Go to sky.com/networksettings (My Account > Mobile > Settings) and sign in with your Sky iD.
Select the mobile number or SIM name you're having trouble with.
Scroll to 'Resend network settings' and select Request settings.
Save the settings when your receive them and reboot your phone.

Hi @Beehnaz  this isn't sky CS here just fellow customers helping each other. Have you looked to see if the correct APN settings is stored ?

What phone do you have @Beehnaz  ? Try what @caesarome  has suggested to as that may help.
