Mobile data doesn’t work

My phone does not work when I use mobile data, phone and text messages.

I also have an eSIM as well as my sky sim and doesn't work properly

Have you move your mobile number to Sky and it hasn't worked since ?

Hi I just recently changed to sky 3 months ago from O2 and it was working fine until I changed to Sky.

I also have two moline numbers one for sky and my old number from O2

As this is an iphone try refreshing the network settings so go Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Then go to Settings - Phone - My Number and change it if it is wrong, then reboot the phone. You will need to set up your Wifi connection again.

I have just tried that and it still doesn't work
