My account is being used by someone else

My ex partner is using my email address and has a sky mobile account. I have sky tv and broadband under my email address but for some reason it's in his name and I can't login to my sky account or change anything even though I've always been the bill payer 

please help

@Katiep82  Being the Bill payer doesn't me Ake you the account owner, no one can change the account name as this isn't something Sky allow which would suggest the account has always been set up in your ex partners name as as such they are responsible for paying the bill.

 

You are limited in what you can do here and one suggestion is to cancel your direct debit, as the account is in their name Sky will chase them for payment.

 

What they should have done is informed Sky they no longer live at your address and cancelled their account/service with Sky.

 

Are you in contact with your ex?  If so ask them to cancel Sky in their name, this will allow you to sign up using a different email address.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
