Mobile data after restrictions
Has anyone experienced their mobile data not working once their restrictions have been lifted? I had a text to say that the account was back up and running. But the data is still not working. I keep getting a message to say that the Internet is not working. I have enough mobile data (16g) but it's still not working.

Try powering your device off and back on.
If that doesn't work then call Sky on 150 to see what's going on.
I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
