Mobile contract

So back in 2023 I ordered an iPhone 12 for my wife as a present on a sky contract. She has had no problems with it and been happy with it, however I was looking at the settings the other day and noticed that it is actually an iPhone 11. Will this have any effect on the contract or create problems if I were to swap it in the future?

...other than it might be worth marginally less as a trade in.
