Sky Mobile Roaimng not working

Hi.  

4 of the sim's on my account have all travelled to Europe in the last 2 weeks.  2 are currently in Spain since yesterday.  They have all experienced the same issue.  When they arrived, they did not receive the the welcome text.  They cannot make calls, nor use data.

I've checked settings, caps, sim toolkits, etc, and still doesn't work.  Give me a clue anyone.  This is pretty poor.

Hi @SkyCraigy  try turning off automatic network selection in the phone settings then search for other networks and try connecting to them. Make sure monthly spend cap hasn't been reached.
