Mobile contract

I am trying to add a mobile phone device to my account but every time you apply through the app I get to my basket and the last part always chucks me off saying it's not you it's us technical fault refresh page and try again no joy

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
