Mobile contract complaint

I have contacted you several times weeks and weeks ago, still you have made excuses and not replied telling me you are looking into it I would therefore like the contact details of the financial ombudsman please no excuses .

Not us - we're other customers here...

 

Have you logged a formal complaint?  (As you need to exhaust this and get to deadlock before going to the ombudsman)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
