Accessing billing data

When I joined Sky Mobile 2 years ago I couldn't  access my billing data,  etc. I have linked my account but the App keeps asking me to link. If I do so it doesn't recognise the format of my postcode. I retype the postcode, it accepts it and says that my account is linked to my Sky id....but still no information available to view. Stuck in a neverending loop.

I left it as was in despair 2 yes ago, but now need to access to change SIM deal.

 

 Sky online bot...useless.

If it is saying it is linked then you need to makie sure you are signed in with the correct details so if you are not sure what you should be using then call Sky on 150 to ask them.
