Mobile caller cannot hear me

Hello

I am having issues with mobile phone calls.

i can answer and hear them but they cannot hear me.

i have answered calls in other areas and it is hit and miss whether they can hear me or not

I have shut phone down and still having the issues

anyone else experiencing the same?

Hi @Mand81  i have experienced this previously too, I tend just to hang up and try again and it usually works. Not sure there is much you can do other than call sky on 150 to report it. They may suggest a replacement sim.

After contacting Sky, I got this on Friday. I had received the same last Wednesday. It's very frustrating!
