Mobile billing

Hi so my mobile bill was due to come out on the 16th of Feb however the funds weren't in my bank it then tried to take it 10 days after like normal and it wasn't there until later on that after so whenever my money went into my account after the try after the 10 days had failed I went on to pay it manually to make sure my services weren't restricted as this is why sky community told me to do, however I received an email just now saying that my account has changed to invoice and that my balance is still overdue but when I look on my sky app it's saying the payments were sent back? What do I do?

Is your mobile restricted at all because when this does happen you will then have to make the manual payment some y again and reset your your usual payment method to get it restored.

Hi no my services aren't cut off! However I went on and manually paid it after it declined when they tried 10 days after but it's telling me the payments overdue and hasn't been paid but nothings bounced back into my bank and I definitely paid it I'm so confused and can't get speaking to someone to sort it!

Has this bill been carried over to your next bill ?

Do you see a credit on your account for the payment you made ?

It says I made a payment yes on the 26th then it says below it payment sent back on the 17th? But nothing was put back in my bank and it's still telling me I need to make a payment that it's over due I'm like how when I paid it on the 26th?

I have no idea why the direct debit failed unless there was not enough in the account to cover the bill but as I suggested earlier the bill itself has been carried over so will be added to your next bill so that one could be double what it is usually.

 

I would check your account again on Monday to see if the returned payment has then actually been returned to you.
