Mobile bill
Hi, my payment method for my phone is direct debit, it was due on 1st of April but has not been taken out of my account. For some reason my bill also totals to £65 when my contract is £45 a month. I need help Please.

Hi @Abigail191 this isn't sky CS here so no one can see your bill. Are you new to sky mobile ? Have you been abroad ? If you compare it to past or future bills what is the £20 showing as for ?

Compare it to a previous bill to see where if differs. An increase normally means roaming charges, buying some extra data at £6.00 per GB, sending chargeable picture messages (95p each), calls to non-inclusive numbers or a discount ending.
Only 01, 02, 03 and UK 07 mobile numbers are inclusive.
NOTE: I only provide help on the forum boards so Direct Messaging is switched off

If you login to the MySky app to view your mobile bill does it now say paid against it because if it does then has either been taken today or it is in the process of being taken now.
