Duplicate contracts
I have 2 contracts on my new galaxy awesome green A36. The phone has been returned so 1 of the contracts needs cancelling.

@I+cant+make+calls You will need to wait for Sky to process the return before the contract is cancelled. This can take a few weeks.
Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
