Mobile bill
I called couple of weeks ago to reduce my mobile bill, I was paying £11. I spoke to a guy he said if I increase my data to 10GB, my bill will go down to £7. I agreed to it but was charged £17?????.

Hi @Hichem_ this isn't sky CS here so no one can see your bills. If you check they are covering a single billing period and if they are then call sky on 150 for help.

That price might be for a new sim only.
