If you paid today then you have to wait for it to clear - likely to be 2 January now.

 

If it was an unnecessary manual payment then that payment counts towards next month's bill and Sky will still attempt to collect an automated one.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Your mobile bill shouldn't need manually paying if this is what you have done as Sky should take it automatically from you via whatever payment you have setup on

yoyr account.

 

As it is saying the bill hasn't been paid do you now see a credit on your account that matches the amount you paid ?
