I have been trying for hours to just view my mobile bill. It's impossible to find. All I get in the bills and payments section are tv, broadband and subscriptions. Can anyone help

If you use the my sky app or access your account online can you see your device(s) and plan(s) @Kevillie ?

This sounds like your phone/plan has for whatever reason been allocated to a different account (possibly a previous closed one), you will need to call sky on 150 @Kevillie so they can help locate the account and give you your options.
