Mobile bill

I'm already paid my monthly mobile bill April 13. Today agin direct my account.so wt I do sir please  I need refund sir

Hi @Tharmapuththiran  if you have a direct debit set up then never manually pay as the direct debit will still be taken. Call sky on 150 and they will arrange a refund.

Do you see a credit on next months bill as it can't be refunded until the credit for what you paid has appeared on your account.
