Mobile bill showing after leaving sky

Hi, My monthly future bill for both mobiles is showing after I have left Sky on 21st January.(confirmationof cancellation emails and PAC codes done) Had a chat and they said it would be gone after 48 hours, but still showing today, does any have any ideas how I can sort this. Don't want to go on chat it took me over an hour and felt I got no where. Phones are just the same. Thanks

This might have happened as the bill itself would have been created 14 days before it is due to be paid so if this is the case it would have to be paid before the overpayment then would appear as a credit and it can be refunded and we can arrange some help for you via here regarding getting it refunded if you do not want to call.

@caesarome  thank you it seems I'll have to wait for the credit to come through, if it doesn't I'll know who to come back to.
