Mobile being repaired

Hi i have sent ma phone away to be repaired over a week ago now just looking for an update they sent me a link to follow for updates but doesn't work , does anyone know how long it can take ?

Nobody here (customers) will know that. It will depend on the phone, what the problem was, the potential backlog for repairs etc all being a factor.
