Mobile account

I have not been able to see my mobile account on my sky app for a while and I need some help to resolve this issue please

I'm unable to access the original e mail address as it was used for Buisness purposes 

I have a new email address and I'm not sure how to get connect it to my account going forward

Did you use this email address as a login because if so you should still be able to do this, it is just you need the login part changed to something else ?

Yes I did use the Email address to login 

my login details need to be changed

You might want to call Sky on 150'and ask to speak to the ID team at Sky about this.

 

In the meantime the actual login might still work so have you tried it as while it is an email address it is being used as a login only.

I will call sky 150 and try the login as well
