I have just purchased a new mobile. With a watch and ear buds included in the offer. However the ear buds have not arrived. Is there an easy way to contact sky?

Did yours appear as £0 on the order summary. Mine is showing as a monthly charge for the watch and monthly charge for the buds for some reason.
